Brand

Everything you need to put our name on something.

Logos to download, the palette with the numbers that decide where each colour may go, the typeface, and how to write the name. If you are writing about us or building something with us, take what you need from here.

01 / Logos

Three forms, four finishes, eleven files.

Every one is an SVG, so it stays sharp at any size. The mark is the original Stride logo redrawn as clean vector, and the wordmark is drawn as outlines rather than live text, so it looks the same on your machine as it does on ours.

Primary

The mark with the full company name beneath it. Use this wherever it fits: documents, the foot of a page, print.

Compact

The mark and the single word on one line. The website header uses this, and it is the one for narrow places.

Symbol

The S on its own. Favicons, avatars, app icons. It comes in three flat finishes; there is no gradient version, because at icon size the gradient would not read.

For email signatures and anything that will not take an SVG

Two PNGs. Most email programs, Outlook included, will not display an SVG, so use one of these there.

  • Stride compact logo, colour, as a PNG

    compact, colour, 560 × 238, transparent PNG

  • Stride Consultancy Partners primary logo, navy, as a square PNG

primary, navy, 600 × 600, white ground PNG

Clear space. Leave at least the height of the S on every side. Smallest size. The primary form stops being legible below about 160px wide; use the compact form under that, and the symbol on its own below about 70px. Do not recolour the mark, stretch the lockup, put the colour version on a busy photograph, or rebuild the wordmark in another typeface.

02 / Colour

Click any colour to copy it.

Every ratio here was measured against the surface the colour actually sits on, not just against white. That is what decides whether a colour may be text or only a fill, and it is the one rule in this palette that is not a matter of taste. The palette is shared with Firevolve; the logo is Stride's own.

Core

Navy is the brand's dark. Orange is the brand's accent, and it is a fill or a mark on light grounds, never text.

  • Navy

    --navy

Headings, primary buttons, dark bands. 17.85:1 on white

  • Primary Orange

    --orange

Fills and marks. 2.87:1 on white, so never text on a light ground. 6.22:1 on Navy, so text is fine inside a dark band

  • Amber

    --amber

Dark bands only. Focus rings and hover accents on Navy, 10.02:1. 1.78:1 on white

  • Slate

    --slate

Secondary text and secondary button outlines. 7.58:1 on white

  • Text

    --text

Body text. 18.85:1 on white, 6.56:1 on Orange

  • Text dim

    --text-dim

Quiet text, captions, the footer facts. 5.29:1 on white

Surfaces

Four grounds and two hairlines, each a small step from the last.

  • White

    --white

    The page

  • Surface

    --surface

    Page title bands and cards

  • Mist

    --mist

The tint band, like the one the logos sit in above

  • Canvas 2

    --canvas-2

    Cards inside a Mist band

  • Line

    --line

    Hairlines and dividers

  • Line strong

    --line-strong

Stronger hairline, link underlines at rest

Derived, by measurement

Not on the Firevolve brand page. Each exists because the site needed a colour with no official value, and each was chosen by measuring it on every surface it lands on.

  • Accent deep

    --accent-deep

Orange as text on light grounds: links on hover, eyebrows. 5.30:1 on white, 4.88:1 on Mist

  • Orange hover

    --orange-hover

Hover fill on the one orange button per page. Its Text label stays at 5.39:1

  • Navy hover

    --navy-hover

Hover fill on primary buttons, and cards inside a Navy band

  • On dark dim

    --on-dark-dim

Quiet text inside Navy bands. 7.88:1 on Navy

  • Line on dark

    --line-on-dark

    Hairlines inside Navy bands

03 / Typography

Inter, two weights, nothing else.

Served from our own host, so the pages make no request to a font service and look the same on every operating system. Weight 600 for headings and buttons, 400 for everything else, and a monospace face for codes and stamps.

05 / The name

How to write it.

Stride Consultancy Partners

Three words, each capitalised, on first mention. After that, Stride on its own is fine. Never SCP, and never "Stride Consultancy" without "Partners".

The legal name

Stride Consultancy Partners Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16218979. Registered office: Acorn House, Dog Lane, Kelsall, Tarporley CW6 0RP. Use the full form on anything contractual and the trading name everywhere else.

What we do, in one line

"Stride Consultancy Partners provides end-to-end consultancy for businesses at every stage of their journey, from start-up to growth to transition." Take that verbatim if it is useful.

If something here is out of date

Email info@strideconsultancypartners.com and we will fix it. This page is generated from the same values the website itself is built from, so it cannot quietly drift from what is live.

06 / Next step

Tell us where your business is heading.

Whether you are starting out, growing or in transition, a conversation costs nothing. Describe where you are and we will tell you whether Stride can help.
