This Privacy Policy applies between you, the User of this Website, and Stride Consultancy Partners Limited, the owner and provider of this Website. It describes what this website collects, what it does with it, who else handles it, and the rights you have. It is written to be read, so it says plainly what is and is not happening.

Who we are

Stride Consultancy Partners Limited is the data controller for the information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16218979, and our registered office is Acorn House, Dog Lane, Kelsall, Tarporley CW6 0RP. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@strideconsultancypartners.com or by post at the registered office.

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website, strideconsultancypartners.com, and what happens when you read it or use its contact form. It does not cover other websites we link to, which have their own notices. If you become a client, the information we handle in the course of that work is covered by the agreement we make with you, not by this notice.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no embedded third-party services: every file the page loads comes from this website’s own address. There is no consent bar because there is nothing to consent to. Nothing is stored in your browser by this site.

Some links on the site go to other services, for example our social media pages, WhatsApp and a map link. Those are ordinary links that open those services, nothing loads from them until you choose to follow one, and what they collect is governed by their own notices.

What we collect, and why

If you use the contact form

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a message of up to 180 characters. We use these to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to set that up. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and, where your enquiry leads to a contract, the steps needed to enter into it.

The form has protections against automated abuse. To apply them the website records, for each attempt to submit the form, the time, the outcome and a one-way hash of your IP address, salted with a secret held only on the server, so the record does not contain the address itself. No other content of your message goes into that record. These records, and the counters that limit repeat submissions, are pruned on every submission and nothing in them is older than ninety days.

If you email or phone us

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp we hold what you send us, and our reply, in our email and phone systems so that we can deal with your enquiry. The lawful basis is the same as above.

Information the web server records

Like any website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: the address of the page requested, the time, your IP address and the type of browser used. We use these only to keep the website running and secure. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Who else handles your information

Two organisations process information on our behalf in connection with this website, and only these two:

• Hostinger, our web host. The website is served from Hostinger’s servers, the contact form is received there, and the server access logs and form protection records described above are held there. Hostinger’s own privacy policy is at hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Microsoft, which provides our Microsoft 365 email. Messages from the contact form are delivered to our mailbox through Microsoft Graph, Microsoft’s interface for Microsoft 365, and stored there with the rest of our email.

Both act as processors under contracts that require them to protect your information and to use it only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not pass it to any other third party unless the law requires us to, for example to a regulator or a court.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and no longer than necessary for those purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Form protection records are pruned so that nothing in them is older than ninety days. Even after we delete information it may persist for a time in backups, from which it is not restored except to recover the system.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information;
• ask us to restrict how we use it;
• receive the information you gave us in a portable form;
• object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests.

To use any of these rights, email info@strideconsultancypartners.com. We will not charge you for this unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and where the law allows us to refuse a request we will tell you why.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at info@strideconsultancypartners.com so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Keeping it accurate

It is important that the information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please let us know if it changes while we hold it.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if what the website does changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version. This version was rewritten on 23 August 2026 to describe the website as it is.
